The first method is that the goal must be quantified. Break it down into actionable steps, and break down the big goals into small goals for each day. The goals we usually set are often big and empty goals, such as reading 12 books a year. If this goal is not broken down, then you have absolutely no idea what you should do every day. It is to pick up a book and read it casually. After reading this book, you will read the next one, and you have absolutely no idea what to read. It’s all based on. Interest, read books by feeling, so it will be difficult for you to stick to it.

When we sit on the sofa after dinner, we are more likely to think of reading a book, thinking that it is not difficult to read a book for a minute, so we naturally read the book.
